Part Time Customer Service Representative – Provides Customer/Patient service to all patients of CHC facilities. Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the front office.  Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.  Updating and organizing information in patient’s charts. Responding to inquiries and requests from staff personnel. High school diploma or GED required.  Moderate PC skills required with emphasis on accuracy. 

Medical Assistant - Works with physicians, midlevel providers and other staff to provide quality primary health care services to CHC facilities. Completion of a Medical Assistant training program accredited by the CAAHEP, ABHES, ACCSC, or other accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. CPR certified (BLS).
