Daniel H. Johnnie, Jr. passed away in his home on February 5, 2018. He moved to Page to retire and loved being part of the community.
Dan was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado to parents Daniel, Sr. and Maxine. He moved to Anaheim, California where he attended Cerritos College. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and went on to Iowa State University for his Master of Science degree.
Dan spent his working career at Fluor. He loved to fly, travel, hunt and fish. His clever wit, intelligence, and friendly nature made him special to those who knew him.
Dan is preceded in death by his parents Daniel, Sr. and Maxine, his sister Ronnie, and his brother Donald. He is survived by his son Darryn and his wife Erin, his son Sean, and his daughter Darnell and her husband Paul. He is also survived by five granddaughters, Kellie, Christine, Carly, Camille and Michela, and one great-grandson, Isaac.
