Ezekiel Begay, 30 – loitering-to beg

Jayson R. Charlie, 37 – five counts of failure to pay



February 12

Harrison M. Begay, 37 – public nuisance

Shironda L. Martin, 25 – failure to pay

Katherine S. Tsinnijinnie, 69 – criminal littering



February 13

Shawn E. Church, 37 – two counts failure to pay, public nuisance

Myron Tsinnijinnie, 31 – domestic violence, criminal trespassing-first degree

Arnold Yazzie, 43 – two counts failure to pay



February 14

Kimberly Kangus, 33 – two counts failure to pay

Peter L. Mann Jr., 39 – failure to comply with court order, failure to pay



February 15

Joseph K. Dalgai, 34 – violation of promise to appear

Julius Nockideneh, 65 – obstruction of street, public nuisance

Roy Slim, 46 – failure to pay

Stafford L. Yazzie, 28 – public nuisance



February 16

Aquilino M. Exposito IV, 19 – under 21 with liquor in body

Charmaine C. Lee, 20 – under 21 with liquor in body

Danielle N. Rutner, 19 – under 21 with liquor in body

Stafford L. Yazzie, 28, loitering-to beg, failure to comply with court order

February 17

Jerlisa Adison, 18 – under 21 with liquor in body, shoplifting

Terry L. Howard, 21 – failure to comply with court order, driving while suspended, violation of promise to appear

Alonzo M. Mann, 20 – driving while suspended

April M. Meek, 21 – domestic violence, disorderly conduct

Rudy P. Wells, 34 – failure to pay



Thirteen juvenile offenders were charged with offenses including: shoplifting, underage drinking, marijuana possession, theft and aggravated criminal damage.
