Christopher L. Minnard, 24 – failure to pay

William D. Ogle, 50 – criminal trespassing in the first degree

Evelyn Tahe, 49 – criminal trespassing in the third degree

Brian Yazzie, 29 – criminal trespassing in the third degree, refuse true name

Theron Yazzie, 51 – criminal trespassing in the third degree

Cornelius Black, 27 – possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering minor, two counts failure to pay
