From accountant to artist of the month

Having dreamed of being an artist since grade school, Jerry Lindsay has been going full-speed, producing eye catching watercolor paintings of the local landscape and unique weathered items he comes across since he retired from being an accountant in 2005.

“I wanted to do it my whole life, it is like I am almost obsessed with it now,” said Lindsay, February’s artist of the month at the Powell Museum.
