Douglas J. Reed, 19 – possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to pay

Edwin Smith, 18 – disorderly conduct, under 21 liquor in body, furnishing liquor to minor

January 24

Shane T. Brown, 20 – four counts of disorderly conduct, under 21 with liquor in body, criminal damage, shoplifting, criminal trespassing in the third degree

William F. Ladman, 64 – failure to comply with court order

January 25

Kody Blackstar, 18 – disorderly conduct, under 21 with liquor in body, failure to comply with court order

John R. Bowlan, 39 – two counts of disorderly conduct

Blake E. Donaldson, 18 – under 21 with liquor in body

Erwin B. Fowler, 40 – criminal nuisance

Micah J. Herrera, 19 – possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, contributing to delinquency of minor

Kimberly M. Young, 25 – disorderly conduct

Last week, seven juveniles were charged with alcohol and/or marijuana related offenses.
