Frank Talbott’s work is guided by his philosophy that “when taking pictures, be at war with the obvious.”
Talbott, a professional photographer, has been chosen as the Powell Museum’s “Artist of the Month.”
He first became involved in the world of pictures at the age of 15 when he was given a Kodak Bantam to take with him on a bus tour of America.
