With flying colors

Sporting a head full of Sand Devils red and black, point guard Celeste Claw and her teammates opened the season Nov. 21 with a 62-29 win over Chinle in the Page High gym.

The boys followed with a 56-53 win over the Wildcats thanks to clutch play down the stretch.

The soccer teams launched their seasons the same night against Bradshaw Mountain, the girls winning 4-0 on the road and the boys losing 5-0 at home.
