Congratulations Bill Diak on your win as Page mayor. Known you for a long time and know you’ll do a terrific job.

To those who supported me, thanks a million for that support. Hopefully those who end up achieving council will get our community headed down the right path. It’s a tough job and the jabs at those who fill these positions are not deserved. Seems our society has gotten to a point of personal attacks on opposing views instead of offering ideas to fix problems. Perhaps council will have a workshop after the election is over and open it to ideas to fix Page’s financial straights.

For those who shared their opinions as I traveled all of Page in my door-to-door campaign, thanks for the advice, ideas for fixing Page, and hopefully for casting your vote. I apologize for not being able to represent your views to council in a position of authority.
