PAGE — On July 27, defendants Scott Rupp, Bailey Havens, and Shane Gilbert will be given their final opportunity to accept a plea agreement for more than $30,000 damage done to Page businesses on March 15.

The three men were arrested after Page Police Department responded to an alarm call at Digitallands Computer Technology. When the officers arrived, they discovered shattered glass, and heating and cooling systems had been ripped from the roof and thrown on the ground.

Rupp, 24, Havens, 21, and Gilbert, 21, are accused of causing external damages to the building, as well as internal damage to Palm to Soul Massage and Digitallands.

“They originally broke into a window at Palm to Soul Massage,” said Joyce Loshbough, who owns the building. “They ripped sinks off the wall, broke up the toilets, and smashed glass doors.”

Moving downstairs to Digitallands, the intruders threw and smashed computer and television equipment. When the burglar alarm went off, the suspects kicked out a glass door and took off.
