Most of all, Judy Thompson loved to laugh

Judy Thompson, 76, of Page passed away April 17, 2013, at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.

She was born Jan. 11, 1937, in Rapid City, S.D.

Judy was a 29-year resident of Page. She was retired from Aramark, and had begun working for the company when it was Dell Web Corp.

Judy was married to the love of her life, Larry Thompson, on Aug. 18, 1978. He passed away Nov. 4, 2010. She missed him dearly.

Judy loved to garden, hunt, fish and travel with friends and family and most of all she loved to laugh. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved life.

Judy is survived by her daughters, Shelly Thompson and Debbie (Steve) Williams; stepdaughter Sandy Winger, Paula (Jim) Williams; brother Robert Hayes; nieces Karen Hayes and Nancy Burrus; nephew John Hayes; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Edwald and Gladys Hayes of Keystone, S. D.; husband Larry Thompson; daughter Mary Patricia (Heeb) Tourigny; son Todd Heeb; and nephew David Hayes.

“We love you Mom and we will always miss you.” She will be deeply missed by all.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., May 11 at Page Community United Methodist Church, 291 S. Lake Powell Blvd., in Page.
