Lady Sand Devils top Tuba City, fall to top-ranked Coconino

The Lady Sand Devils were on the road last week. On Tuesday, they defeated the Tuba City Warriors 60-56. They traveled to Flagstaff on Thursday where they faced the No. 1 ranked Coconino Panthers. The 18-2 Panthers broke the Sand Devils five-game win streak, defeating them 60-50.

The Sand Devils wrestling team had another great week of wrestling despite a few last-minute changes to their roster.
They traveled to Chino Valley last Wednesday where they competed against Payson and Chino Valley at the Chino Valley Multi. Page defeated Payson 54-27, and Chino Valley 47-28.

The Sand Devils boys soccer team hosted the 5-1 Veritas Prep Falcons Friday and were defeated 1-0.
The Falcons scored the game's only goal with 1:31 left in the first half.
