Boys tennis team bounces back

The Sand Devils tennis team is now 1-1 after defeating the Kingman Bulldogs 8-1 last Tuesday on their home court.

The Sand Devils softball team added three more wins last weekend, improving their season record to 7-3. They defeated the Kanab Cowboys Friday and posted two impressive victories Saturday in a doubleheader against Holbrook.

Springtime for Lake Powell fish effectively arrives today. Air temperature at Lake Powell will climb into the 70s today and stay there all week. Water temperature will rise from the high 40s to the mid 50s by the weekend. Warm-water fish will take immediate notice of the warming water.
