Page Police Chief Frank Balkcom honored two people when he rolled out his new "Broken Window Initiative" last Wednesday.
The goal of Balkcom's initiative is to encourage the public and the police force to work together more closely, and communicate more openly and freely.

Donation will help feed, clothe less fortunate students

Page's Knights of Columbus once again generously donated a $500 check to a local charitable organization.
This time it was to the McKinney-Vento homeless education program at the Page Unified School District. The program helps struggling families to get students enrolled, fed and clothed.
